Prenatal Sound Therapy
A space to reconnect with yourself, your baby, and the experience of becoming a mother.
Pregnancy is a profound transition. Prenatal sound therapy offers you a dedicated space to slow down, receive the restorative sounds of crystal singing bowls, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence throughout your pregnancy.

More Than a Moment of Rest
Prenatal sound therapy is a guided relaxation experience designed specifically around the season of pregnancy. Through crystal singing bowls, meditation, visualization, and intentional stillness, you are invited to step away from the demands of daily life and turn your attention inward.
This is not simply a sound bath adapted for pregnancy. It is an experience centered on the mother-to-be, her wellbeing, and the relationship she is already building with her baby.
Each session offers an opportunity to practice being present, create space for rest, and connect with the experience of motherhood before birth.

Informed by Birth Work. Centered on the Mother.
My work is shaped by my experience as a birth doula, where I have come to appreciate the importance of how a mother feels supported, informed, and present throughout pregnancy and birth.
That perspective informs my approach to prenatal sound therapy. I see pregnancy as more than a physical transition; it is also a deeply personal passage into motherhood.
My intention is to create a space where you can tend to your own wellbeing, strengthen your relationship with your baby, and approach this season with greater awareness and care.
